Childcare Information

The childcare area is available for children of our members and their guests. We accept children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years. In order to use these services, members and guest must remain in the club. All children must be signed in and out only by those you have authorized to care for your child. All childcare providers are CPR/AED certified.

Children are not allowed to be left in the child care area unattended at any time. If you arrive before the area is scheduled to be open you are welcome to take the children in and stay with them until we open.


  • Monday – Thursday:
    9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
    4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday:  9:000 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Saturday:  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Members $2.00 per child per hour

Non-Members $4.00 per child per hour

Payment is expected at the time of service. You will be given a ticket to take to the service desk for payment. Punch cards are available in bulk purchases.

$20 punch card is good for 11 hours
$40 punch card is good for 22 hours


Every child is different. Occasionally we may have children who are not comfortable in this type of setting. The staff will try to calm the child. If the child remains upset we may page you to come to the child care area and you may calm the child down and return to your workout or try again on another day. If your child would like to bring something to help make their visit more comforting feel free to bring it with them.

We DO NOT take sick children (children with fevers over 99 F, diarrhea, vomiting or undiagnosed rashes. If your child becomes ill while in the child care area, the child must be removed from the area. Children must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to the area. We do not administer medications of any kind. Please make sure this is done before they are brought in the area. If your child is on an antibiotic, please bring a physician’s note allowing them to be around other children.

We DO NOT supply diapers, wipes or snacks. Please make sure you provide these when you bring your child and make sure all items are marked. Our child care area is a peanut free zone so please make sure that all snacks are compliant.
